Edict for the promotion of renewable resources for the production of thermal electric energy and/or through conveniences to small and medium sized companies, as stated in the D.M. n. 337/2000, art. 5.
Photovoltaic INSTALLATIONS connected to the network for the production of electric energy of a general nominal power between 20 kWps and 50 kWps (general nominal power the arithmetical sum of the nominal powers of plate of the single INSTALLATIONS).
A photovoltaic plant divided into different INSTALLATIONS has to have a single point of connection. The incentive which are admitted in the present proclamation are only the photovoltaic INSTALLATIONS that constitute part of the constructive element of building structures or are installed on building structures, included also are the elements of urban furnishing. The INSTALLATIONS not admissible are those whose photovoltaic module is positioned on the ground.
Energy count
As already being done in Germany and Spain, as also in Italy, the Government is implementing a plan of incentives to favour the construction of domestic, condominium or industrial photovoltaic INSTALLATIONS. The Energy Count, allows ordinary people and firms to sell the energy produced in excess in comparison to their own demands on the electric societies and to profit of advantageous incentives for every kW introduced online.
