- Capital Account Contribution for small and average sized companies: " Decree for the promotion of renewable resources for the production of electric and/or thermal energy through special aid to small and average companies, as stated in the law D.M. n. 337/2000, art. 5. " (read the Decree in PDF format) Photovoltaic INSTALLATIONS connected to the network for the production of electric energy general nominal power inclusive between 20 kWps and 50 kWps (by general nominal power it is intended the arithmetic sum of the nominal powers of plate of the single INSTALLATIONS). A photovoltaic plant divided in more INSTALLATIONS has to have an only point of connection. For the incentives in the present proclamation only photovoltaic INSTALLATIONS that constitute part of the constructive elements of building structures or are installed on building structures, including also the elements of urban furnishing. The INSTALLATIONS which are not admissible are those whose photovoltaic modules are positioned on the ground.

Solar thermal INSTALLATIONS installed for the production of low temperature heat which use glass surface collectors, air sealed and surfaces not of glass, of a gross surface between 50 and 500 m2, equivalent to 35 and 350 kWs (Sx0,7 kW∙m2 in accordance with and as established in the document issued by the International Energy Agency "Recommendation: Converting solar thermal collector area into installed capacity (m2 to kWth) ", published on the site http://www.iea-shc.org. thermal INSTALLATIONS using chips or pellets from biomasses for the production of heat having an inclusive nominal power between 150 and 1000 kWs.

The minimum size of every single burner must be 150 kWs.

- Budget 2007 (paragraphs from 344 to 349) Interventions in favour of subjects who, in 2007 effected interventions of building character, done in a way so as to obtain energy saving, consist in a 55% deduction from tax for the expenses sustained for the execution of the intervention (it has many points in common with the "36% deduction ") to be recovered in 3 years up to a maximum expense of 100000 €s; such interventions have to have the following objectives:

- reduction de 20% of the of Primary Energy Requirement in comparison to
that established by the Legislative decree. 192 (import max 100 000 Euro)
- installation of solar panels for warm water (import max 60 000 Euro)
- substitution of boilers with condensation boilers and modification of distribution network (import max 30 000 Euro)
- insulating interventions on building or parts of it, of opaque structures, respecting chart Á. (import max 60 000 European)

Those subjected to either/and IRPEF and IRES can profit from such deduction;
The interventions can be performed only on already existing buildings.
